Since our company was established in 1971, we have been engaging mainly in producing and
selling industrial rubber products and also selling industrial machines spare parts.
Under the rapid social situation changes, we have been working very hard every day to achieve
our motto: “ for better quality with better technology”.
Trying to be a partner in research and development field, who can satisfy customers with our
technique and quality.
With our management policy “failure is mother of success”, we are trying to run our company with full challenging and speedy spirit, being never afraid of possible failures or mistakes.
We do not only produce industrial rubber products. We believe that what is important is
“hearty communication with everybody” Through our cordial work environment, we have set
up the manufacturing and sales system to meet the needs of customers by generating new
idea.
“KYOWA” will always try to connect a person with another person and also with community in
a variety of ways.

History

　
March 1971 Started as a new venture in Nozaki, Daito City, Osaka Pre. and was
engaged in manufacturing and sales of industrial rubber products
under the name of “ Kyowa Rubber Manufacturer.
January 1974 “Kyowa Rubber Co., Ltd.” established with paid up capital Japanese
Yen10,00,000.at the head office, 2 Chome, Nagao-Higasjimachi,
Hirakata City, Osaka Pref.
May 1979 Transferred factory to Ritto Cho, Shiga Pref.
December 1986 Transferred the function of head office to new office building at
16-15, 2 Chome Nagao-Kagucho Hirakata City, Osaka Pref.
October 1995 Completed new head office and factory building at 4-3, 3 Chome,
Nagao-Kagumachi, Hirakata City, Osaka Pref.
June 2000 Got the qualification of ISO9002 for head office and factory.
November 2001 Got the certification from Osaka Pref. as the qualified company under “Act on temporally measures on creative business activities of small and medium sized enterprises”
June 2002 Got revised approval for ISO9000 for 2000 edition.
October 2002 got approval for qualified company from Osaka Pref. under “Law on
supporting business innovation of small & medium sized enterprises”
August 2003 Opened permanent exhibition booth for our products at
Creation-Core Higashiosaka
May 2004 Established subsidiary company of capital US$380,000 at Shanghai,
China with 100% investment from ” Kyowa Rubber Co., Ltd”
September 2004 Mr. Takeshi Terasaka took over the position of President from Mr.
Fukumi Terasaka, former President and the founder of the company.
And Mr. Fukumi Terasaka ,assumed the position of the Chairman of
the board.
March 2006 got the approval from Osaka Pref. as the company promoting business innovation plan.
January 2007 Set up the second factory at 16-15, 2 Chome, Ngao-Kagumachi.

March 2007 got certification from Osaka Pref. as qualified company under the
project Take-off 21

Management principle

Attentive care to anybody and anything at anytime.
We can achieve anything as far as we have strong intention but never achieve
anything without strong willingness.
We have to learn for success from failure but we have to know sometimes
success may breeds failure.
